A brown clay containing refractory grog of various sizes for structural strength. Toast is a versatile iron-bearing clay body that has been developed for hand-building.� Suited to larger scale work. Fires pale terracotta and warm browns in oxidation through to cherry chocolate with textural orange flecks in reduction.
