Skill Level: Beginner. This class is for absolute beginners, this means no prior experience with clay is needed. We’ll start with the basics & show you what it’s all about.

Our Term: 6 week (7 sessions). Your booking includes 6 weeks hosted by a teacher along with 1 additional private studio session of an additional 3hrs at the pottery wheel.

Additional Costs: Firing is charged at $12/kilo on glazing week.

In this class you will explore the foundations of throwing with clay on the pottery wheel, learn about centering clay as well as learning about the trimming and glazing process. Offering an inclusive learning environment with knowledgeable teachers, you will be supported to complete the term with a range of finished ceramic works and a new found love of clay & clay community.
