COVID policy

No make-up sessions are offered for missed classes.
Where covid has caused a disruption to your booked class or workshop, we can not offer make-up session or refunds.
Due to the high volume of disruptions to our classroom at this time, it has become too difficult to manage.

Note that your class/seat has been held for you, in this way we have honoured your purchase. See further details below under “refund policy”.

Our studio works hard to create fun & inclusive events where all attendees are welcomed. At this time, Gov policies are in place and all vaccination & mask wearing policies apply in our studio where stated by Gov guidelines.

Covid vaccinations will be requested to be viewed upon entering our studio & at the beginning of each 6 week term or workshop. Please have these ready & available when you attend our studio.

We will however accept gov mandated exemptions, these must be arranged in accordance with your Dr & gov guidelines and must also be provided upon entry to our studio. For more information on Gov vaccinations & exemptions, see here

Refund policy

The below applies to all bookings, across term classes as well as workshops.

When a booking is made for workshops or a 6 week term, your seat is reserved in the classroom for that specific time, date & class. No make-up sessions are offered for missed classes, except where our studio has been forced to close due to gov restrictions or we’re unable to book a teacher.

Where ample notice is given for cancellations, 14days+ prior to your class beginning, we offer a refund in full.
This time frame allows us enough time to advertise & fill your seat.

Where less than 14 days notice is given. No refund will/can be offered, unless the seat is filled. It is unlikely at this late stage that we will be able to re-sell/fill your seat.

With less than 7 days notice, we will no longer put the seat back-up for sale & no refund can be offered.

Please make your best effort to attend all booked sessions and times, understand our refund & missed class policy.
Ensure the class you are booking is the session you wish to attend.

Our refund policy can change, at any time, without notice.

Missed Classes

In an instance of a missed session whether workshop or a 6 week term, we do not offer replacement or make-up classes.

Workshops: Where attendance is failed, no make-up session can be offered. This is because the seat booked was held & honoured already for that class. If you’d like to send a friend in your place at short notice, just send us a quick email & let us know.

6 Week Term: Each of our classes is booked out with the correct materials and equipment for each available seat in that class. This means when our classes are sold out, they are full.

When booking a 6 week term, your seat is held for you in the class time you have booked, each week for 6 weeks. We do not offer make-up sessions or swapping of days during our 6 week term. This is because all seats have been allocated and filled.
It’s important to our teachers to know who is in their classroom, so they can get to know you & support their students through the 6 week program.

Please understand this is a blanket decision for all circumstances across our classroom, to ensure fairness to each student and smooth running of classes.
Please make your best effort to choose a time slot that suits your schedule across the 6 weeks.

If you have however missed a class, you can make your request at students@bisquestudios.com and we will do our best to support you where Covid tests or illness have meant you couldn’t attend your booked session. If this is the case, please get in touch at the earliest notice. Though understand there are no guarantees for make-up sessions.
