Join us in the classroom for this intensive workshop, focusing on the hand-building process, working with porcelain.

Hosted by Sophie Moorhouse Morris you will be guided through the foundational steps of creating and refining porcelain objects.
With specific focus on achieving translucency with porcelain and having control over the medium. Learn about Surface decoration and underglazes, covering varied decorative techniques working with texture and scraffito to create refined and finished pieces.

You will complete this class with 2 small pinched bowls, spoon and flat dish. Perfect for trinkets or spices in your kitchen. These works will be fired and glazed in our studio. Ready for collection in the following weeks.

Open to all skill levels, beginners as well as those seeking to learn more about porcelain.

This enjoyable morning will be kept light hearted and social, with light snacks and tea provided.
